Earl Township is currently seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our Road Crew team. You will be responsible for maintaining township roads, storm sewers, and public grounds to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our residents. This is a physically active, outdoor role that changes with the seasons from paving in the summer to snow removal in the winter.

Responsibilities include:
- Road Maintenance repairing potholes, crack sealing and resurfacing roadways.
- Snow and Ice Control, plowing and salting, operating plow trucks and spreaders to clear roads during winter storms (require emergency availability)
- Property upkeep mowing grass along shoulders, help in maintaining parks and repairing traffic signs.
- Equipment Operation safe operation of dump trucks, backhoes, loaders and various power tools
Requirements:
- Licensing: Valid PA Drivers License and Class B CDL or must be obtained
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Ability to be on call for emergencies, including night, weekend and holidays during snow events.
- Background: High School Diploma or GED, ability to pass drug screening
