Who is responsible for trash collection?

AJ Blosenski is the Townships designated waste Hauler. Trash is collected every Thursday.

I'm new to the Township how do I sign up for Trash Collection?

No need to sign up just put your trash out Thursdays before 7am.

I have a bulk item what do I need to do?

You will need to contact AJ Blosenski to make payment and schedule a time for collection.

How do I dispose of Paint, Electronics, and Tires?

Check the Berks County website for collection of hazardous items.

Am I allowed to burn yard waste?

Yes, you may burn yard waste. If you have a large pile that requires a controlled burn please contact Earl Township Volunteer Fire Company.

Who do I contact about a dead animal on the road?

Township Roads please contact the Township Building at 610-367-9673.

Am I registered to vote?

For any questions about the status of your registration, address changes or voter registration please contact Berks County Board of Elections.

Is the Earl Township Park Open?

Yes, the park is open year-round Dawn to Dusk unless there is snow. Pavilion reservations are only available between April 1 through October 31.

How do I reserve a pavilion at the Earl Township Park?

Download the form found on our Parks and Recreation page. Earl Residents can begin reserving pavilions on March 1. Non Residents and Organizations can begin reservations on May 15th. Mail or Bring your completed form along with a copy of your ID and the required Deposit to the Township Building.

Does the Township accept Credit cards?

Yes, we do accept credit cards.

How do I transfer a sewer bill to new owner?

Please contact the Township you will need to complete a sewer enrollment and payment agreement and supply us with a copy of the face page of your settlement sheet showing the transfer from old owner to new owner and a copy of the new homeowner(s) Photo ID.

When is my sewer bill due and where do I send payments?

Sewer Bills are due the 15th of every month. Payment can be dropped off at the Township building or mailed to 19 Schoolhouse Road Boyertown, PA 19512.
