Septic Pumping
Maintenance Phase 3 of the Township septic pumping is underway. Phase 3 began on January 1, 2024 and will run until December 31, 2024 residents in this phase have received several notifications throughout the year.
Maintenance Phase 1 will begin on January 1, 2025 and will run through December 31, 2025. You will receive a letter in January reminding you it is your year to have your on-lot system pumped and inspected. You may use an independent hauler of your choice.
This letter will also explain the reimbursement program and your eligibility. If you have questions about the program or your phase please contact the Township Office.
Please be aware that the pumping and certification of septic systems that the Township has undertaken is the result of a Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Act of Law (Act 537) and is required.
